Re-enactment of historic traditions such as bread weighing, fish and flesh tasting and searching and sealing of leather. Centred around Alcester High Street and commencing at 09:30.

Alcester Garden Walkabout 10:00
The Officers of the Court Leet will be selling ice creams in support of this event. Gardens open from time to be confirmed.

Alcester Street Market 13:30
Wild West Theme. The Street market will commence with a parade at 13:00 and officially opens at 13:30.
There will be a fun run at 11:00 starting outside the Post Office.
Fancy dress is encouraged with prizes for the best outfits.
There will also be a shop window display and best stall competition.
Live music will be available throughout the event at various locations in and around the high street. Read more...

Beating the Bounds (Cancelled due to health and safety reasons and lack of local support)
The Court Leet has carried on this custom in years gone by but this year the Leet would like to amend it slightly to attract a wider participation. This year we plan to walk about 9 miles around a large part of the manor boundary and the teams (no minimum and no maximum size) will go through various check points, collecting items or answering treasure hunt questions from around the route. There is a cash prize for the team with the most correct answers and so it is not timed and it is not a race. Read more...

Country Land & Business Association (CLA) Game Fair.
This year the event will take place at Ragley Hall, the home of The Marquess and Marchioness of Hertford and their family.
The CLA Game Fair covers all country sports and countryside activities via major show areas and features which include demonstrations, displays, debates, championships, competitions, tuition and many 'Have a Go' opportunities. Click here for more information and to visit the CLA Game Fair website.

Alcester Street MOP
Officers meet in the Town Hall at 15:30 and parade through Church Street and High Street before declaring the MOP officially open at 16:00. The High Bailiff or any Court Leet Officer will be the first to try the rides and then the next ride is free for anyone. Commencing at approximately 19:00 there will be auctions of bread and fish and free ale.
